Our Policies

We founded Olive Peach Boutique with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values and we know that the better our service, the more customer loyalty we enjoy. Our store policies are detailed below. Please have a look at them and contact us if you want to learn more.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return. Once a return has been requested, you must have the item returned to Olive Peach Boutique within 14 days of the original purchase date.

All sales of clearance priced items are final and are not eligible for refunds or returns. 

​

To be eligible for a return to be approved, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or provide us with your order number.

Contingent on the above conditions being met, you will have two options to return items. Please select one of the following:

  • Store Credit - We will email you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item. Once the item is received and approved, we will issue you store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.

  • Exchange- Can be the same item or equal to value.

To start a return, you can contact us at olivepeachboutique@gmail.com or come to the store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (online orders). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified the store credit amount and card information.

Shipping policy

All items purchased from Olive Peach Boutique will be shipped as soon as possible, but normally no longer than 3 business days after your order has been placed. Business days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. 

 

At check out, you will have the option to select expedited or standard shipping. This option changes the speed of the package in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) but your item is still subject to being shipped within 3 business days from our store. Of course, if you are asking and paying for expedited shipping, we will do our best to get the item on the way to you as soon as possible, we just can't always guarantee it. Please message us if your order is time sensitive.
